Just last year, I was standing in your shoes, starting a new chapter. What I’ve learned since then is this: Notre Dame doesn’t end when you graduate. In many ways, it’s just beginning.
My name is Sophie, and I work on Notre Dame’s Annual Giving team. Maybe you saw us behind the 100 Days Dance, Notre Dame Day, or handing out philanthropy cords. We’re here to keep you connected to this place and to the people who helped make it home.
Our team works to ensure that the heart of the University, its mission to make this education accessible to all, remains strong. The generosity of alumni, parents, and friends helps fund things like financial aid, world-class athletics, and transformative opportunities inside and outside the classroom. It’s how Notre Dame stays Notre Dame.
I hope you’ve had a moment this summer to relax and celebrate your incredible accomplishment. In the coming months, we’ll be in touch with ways to stay connected and give back to the Notre Dame family. We will share how the Fighting Irish spirit continues for generations to come, just like it did through you.
